I’m Joanne, and I’d love to share a little of my story with you.

This space was created with care — for all who long to feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease in themselves.
You don’t need to be anything other than who you are, right now. And you certainly don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re here, there’s probably a quiet knowing inside you that something wants to shift. That something is ready for kindness, for space, for peace.
That’s where I come in.

My path here
Before I began this work, I spent 12 years in the NHS, supporting people through all kinds of life’s challenges. What stood out to me, time and again, was how powerful it is simply to feel seen — to feel safe enough to open up and be met with gentleness.
Eventually, I felt a pull to step into something softer, something more aligned with how I wanted to connect with others. And so, Isn’t It Wonderful? was born — a calm and comforting place to breathe, to explore, to let go.
Now I offer coaching and clinical hypnotherapy to people from all walks of life. We talk. We listen. We explore what matters to you — what feels heavy, what feels hopeful, and what’s calling for care.
Working together
I hold space in a way that’s steady and non-judgemental. I Meet you where you currently are. Our time together is relaxed and respectful. You can come as you are — no pressure, no expectations.
We meet either online or in person (within about 20 miles of Alton), wherever feels most natural for you. Each session is a gentle opportunity to explore, to feel supported, and to discover what’s already waiting within you — peace, trust, softness, joy.

Why I love what I do
There’s a quiet kind of magic in this work. In seeing someone soften. I hear the shift in their voice when something clicks into place. In witnessing a person return to themself— not because they have to, but because they want to.
Isn’t it wonderful — how things can change when we stop trying so hard and simply allow ourselves to be?

Outside of the work
You’ll often find me on long walks, having a chat over a cup of tea, or spending time with my family. I’m naturally curious about the mind and how we hold experiences — and I love learning new ways to bring calm, connection, and clarity to others.
If something here has resonated with you — even just a little — I’d love to hear from you when the time feels right.
